Booking Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

1. DEPOSIT:

Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to other individuals.

2. ⁠LATENESS and LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS:

We have an allocated time for your appointment; 1Hr:15mins to 1Hr 30mins.

Lateness will affect other appointments, so kindly understand TIME is of the ESSENCE.

£10 late fee will be added to your payment balance, if you are 15mins late to the agreed time.

If you are 30mins late to your appointment, £15 extra will be added to your balance.

Your booking will be cancelled, if you are a more than 30 mins late or an HOUR late depending on the APPOINTMENTS / SCHEDULE of the DAY.

All bridal, bridal party, and home call appointment balances are due 24 hours before the scheduled date of your booking.

3. RESCHEDULING:

No REFUND/ RESCHEDULING on last minute, rescheduling will attract a fee of £15 and must be done a minimum of 48 HOURS before the original appointment time. You can reschedule only ONCE with your initial deposit and new date will be based on the makeup ARTIST availability. Failure to so do will result is the LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

If cancellation is due to makeup artist, a full refund of your deposit will be paid to client after cancellation.

4. TRAVELLING:

We only travel upon request, at an additional, if you require this service, travel fee and travel time fee will be charged separately.

5. OUT OF OUR APPOINTMENTS:

Emergency out of our appointments are available at an additional cost. Appointments before 8am (6am and 7am) are £15 extra. Appointments from 6pm is £20 extra.

Postcode and Flat number will be sent to you 12Hrs before your appointment.

6. FLU:

If you are sick or are experiencing flu symptoms or infections, please do not book an appointment. Kindly ensure you’re in great health before coming in for your appointment.

If you fall in this category and you go ahead to book an appointment, it will be canceled upon arrival.

7. GUESTS:

Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate additional guests as we provide services exclusively at our home location. Thank you for understanding.

8. PROMOTION & AGREEMENT:

By booking with Feesah Beauty Makeup Artist, we may make promotional content (i.e. film pictures and videos) for social media and website purposes. If you would or want your pictures or videos on our platform, kindly make it known.

9. ⁠ADD ONS/ EXTRAS:

We do not accept bookings at the venue. If there will be ADD ONS/ EXTRAS, kindly book them in before the event date.

10. PLEASE NOTE:

We reserve the right to withhold service:

If you are hostile, do not adhere to our terms and conditions, and/or have been blocked from booking appointments but booked under another alias.

If you book a studio look for a bridal ceremony, we will not service you, as a bridal studio fee is half the price of the bridal fee.

You will be charged the full fee and lose your deposit for any of the reasons above.

GOING FORWARD WITH PAYMENT MEANS YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL THE TERMS LISTED ABOVE.
